40-Day English Challenge

40-Day English Challenge

Join the 40-Day English Language Enhancement Challenge with a straightforward yet effective exercise! (to all who are my friends in Wechat)

This CHALLENGE is only to my friends in Wechat

This daily exercise (or challenge) requires just one hour (or less) of your time and promises an enjoyable journey towards sharpening your English skills. It will enhance your reading, listening, pronunciation, and vocabulary without resorting to the tedious memorization of lengthy word lists or verb conjugations that many students find burdensome. Instead, this challenge is designed to be fun and entertaining. Have faith in the program and commit to it for the full 40 days. In return, all we ask is that you share your thoughts and experiences with us through a review or feedback.

For your dedication to this challenge, we're offering you two FREE books: Volume 1 and 2 of "The World in Your Hands Collection." You will receive both PDF versions and MP3 files for listening pleasure.

Here's how to get started:

Send me a message on wechat and tell me you want to participate on this challenge, so I will send you the first book ( in PDF version) – and for listening you can access my website here.

Day 1 Country 1 - Begin by listening to all 13 topics (approximately 30 minutes). As you listen, underline any words you don't understand to look up in the dictionary later. After finishing the listening session, review the words you've underlined and then take the test at the end of the chapter to assess your comprehension.

Day 2 Country 2 - Listen to 12 topics and read one topic out loud (a total of 13 topics). As before, underline unfamiliar words for dictionary lookup and complete the chapter's test.

Day 3 Country 3 - Listen to 11 topics and read out loud for 2 topics (again, a total of 13 topics). Make note of unknown words for later reference and take the chapter's test.

On Other Days: Each day, reduce the number of topics you listen to by one and increase the number of topics you read out loud. For example:

Day 4: Listen to 10, read out loud for 3

Day 5: Listen to 9, read out loud for 4

Continue this pattern until Day 8: Listen to 6, read out loud for 7

Once you reach this point, where you're spending roughly half your time listening and half reading, maintain this balance until the end of the 40-day challenge. Remember to consult the dictionary only after your listening and reading time to avoid interrupting your flow.

Upon completing the first book, which is available on my website, visit the course page to write a review. Share any improvements you've noticed in your understanding, pronunciation, or vocabulary.

After writing the review, take a picture of it and send it to me via WeChat. I'll then send you the second book through the same platform.

Upon finishing the second book, you can compose a second review and privately send it to me on WeChat.
